Who is Avi Greenberg?
Trained and certified in the Wim Hof Method (WHM) under the auspices of “The Iceman”, Wim Hof, Avi has also studied under American fitness instructor, author, entrepreneur and co-founder of the Power Speed Endurance program,
Avi works in the fast paced tech start up world and has used these specific breathing tools to alleviate stress, and improve his overall well-being.
About the Brrrn Brrreath Series
In this 4-hour workshop, Avi will teach you the fundamentals of the Wim Hof Method: (1) Breath-work, (2) Mindset, and (3) Cold-exposure. You will also participate in all three pillars of the Wim Hof Method through his guidance and have the ability to incorporate the practice into you daily routine.
The workshop finishes with a one minute ice-bath plunge, which Avi will help guide you through using the fundamentals of the Wim Hof breathing technique.
All participants will be able to use our communal infrared sauna after they take the plunge.
Avi recommends eating lightly 2-3 hours beforehand. The workshop is relaxed, so please dress comfortably.
The Brrrn Brrreathwork Series will happens in our workout studio at room temperature.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothes (i.e. workout attire)
