Yoga-Inspired Mobility & Strength Series
This 50-minute barefoot, low-impact class uses dynamic-yogic movement patterns fused with breath-focused, mobility and meditative exercises to strengthen, lengthen and better align the mind-body connection. The class finishes with dessert, served up by our overhead infrared panels in the studio to channel your relaxation response with a dose of well-deserved heat.

Clothing: Light layers and barefoot or yoga socks only
